This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Villento Casino LTD for the vPass: Villento Casino software product, which includes the mobile application and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
By using vPass: Villento Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
Villento Casino LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal membership verification and casino access purposes.
Access and use the digital pass features, account management, and bonus claim services in accordance with this agreement.
Create and maintain an account to access personalized features and manage your membership status.
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers
Use the Software in any unlawful manner
Screenshot or share your active digital pass
The Software is licensed, not sold. Villento Casino LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Villento Casino LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, QR code generation technology, branding, and other content in the application.
Your personal data, membership information, and account preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VILLENTO CASINO LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. vPass is a membership verification utility and does not guarantee casino access or specific benefits.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VILLENTO CASINO LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
Villento Casino LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Villento Casino LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
