vPass is a membership verification utility only. The App does not provide gambling services, games, or wagering functionality. Access to Villento Casino facilities is subject to:

• Valid membership status with Villento Casino
• Compliance with all casino rules and regulations

• Successful identity verification at casino entry points

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villento Casino LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from:

• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Technical issues, errors, or interruptions
• Loss or corruption of data
• Any third-party actions or content

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to vPass at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App
• You must delete the App from your device
• Your account may be deactivated or deleted
• Your access to casino facilities may be affected

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. App updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App. We will notify you of significant changes through the app's messaging system.
